Splinter is currently Mac-only.

Installation

First, if you haven't already done so, download and install the Leap Motion SDK v.2.3.1. This enables Splinter to receive data from the Leap Motion.

Then, download Splinter[s] or Splinter[c]. The files are zipped Max collectives (.mxc), and can be opened in the free trial of Max 7 available here.
